The Road To Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - Week 1

Like virtually every sector, transportation logistics has much work to do in terms of equity – including, but not limited to, gender and gender identity; race; disability; and neurodiversity. But, importantly, organizations are beginning to acknowledge these inequities and take steps to solve them. This is crucial to establishing equity in the industry. And it is also vital to solving the practical problem of the talent gap and talent shortage in the logistics field.
