CITT Code of Conduct

Purpose: CITT is committed to fostering a supportive and professional environment for its members. ThisCode of Conduct outlines the expected behavior of all affiliate members to ensure a respectful andproductive community experience. Affiliate members agree to comply with this Code of Community Conductand any additional rules or policies set by CITT.

1. Respect and inclusivity:
• Treat all members with respect, regardless of their background, gender, race, religion, or other characteristics.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere where all voices are heard and valued.


2. Professionalism:
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all CITT activities.
• Uphold ethical business practices and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Address conflicts in a constructive and respectful manner.
• Do not use CITT events or communication channels for aggressive personal or commercial solicitation.


3. Confidentiality:
• Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within CITT.


4. Social Media and Communication::
• Represent CITT positively on social media and other communication platforms.
• Refrain from making derogatory or harmful comments about CITT, its members, or external parties.
