In anticipation of our change to a new CITT account management system, access to member.citt.ca has been disabled. Our new account management system is available at https://account.citt.ca. If you need any assistance accessing your account, please contact the CITT team at info@citt.ca . Otherwise, you will be notified by email when the switch to the new system is complete and open for self-serve updates.

Accessing your CITT Account

If you know your login information, simply sign in to the left.

If CITT has your email address on file, you probably already have a CITT account. If you don’t know your login information, just follow this two-step process to set up your account:

  1. Click "Forgot ... my username" under the green Sign In button to receive an email with your username at the email address we have on file.

  2. Once you have your CITT username, then, use the "Forgot my password" option to receive a one-time link to reset your password.
