In Business Law, you’ll study the Canadian legal landscape with an emphasis on its application to the administration of business. Students will review the fundamentals of law in Canada before an in-depth review of the important legal issues of running a business and completing transactions with other businesses and individuals. Students will also learn about these issues as described in the Quebec Civil Code.

Business Law is a recommended prerequisite for Transportation Law
