CCLP Challenge On-Ramp - June 2020

The Challenge On-Ramp to the CCLP® Designation is a new, alternative pathway to earn the CCLP (CITT-Certified Logistics Professional) designation!

It is designed for those who already have broad, deep, practical knowledge, skills and abilities in Canadian supply chain logistics management. Candidates for this new on-ramp should be able to demonstrate they have already acquired the critical competencies for a logistics professional that CITT teaches in our CCLP program of study – either through other sources of education, work experience, or most likely, a combination of the two. These competencies include:

  • Integrated Logistics
  • Operations Management
  • Distribution
  • Transportation
  • Customs & Compliance
  • Risk Management
  • Relationship Management
  • Leadership

The Challenge On-Ramp to the CCLP Designation consists of two components. The first is the 125 question multiple choice Challenge Exam. This exam can be taken online but must be taken under proctored conditions. Your proctor can be a current CCLP designation holder, a senior executive or HR professional at your company, or we can help you arrange to write your exam at a local exam centre (any costs for proctoring will be paid by the candidate). Both the candidate and proctor need to sign a code of conduct agreement as part of the exam registration process.

Upon passing the Challenge Exam, candidates become eligible to complete the second component, which is a structured Assessment Interview. Candidates who successfully complete both components will be invited to apply for the CCLP designation. Candidates who take the Challenge Exam on June 25, 2020 will receive their results and instructions for next steps by the end of July 2020.
