Frank has been with Seaspan Marine Corporation since 2017. Prior to joining Seaspan, he was President and CEO of Southern Railway of British Columbia. He is also a member of the Federal Marine Transportation Advisory Committee.
Seaspan is involved in many aspects of marine transportation from barging both breakbulk and container freight, general towing, ship docking right up to shipbuilding.
There are many challenges ahead for the Lower Mainland when it comes to moving both people and freight with those numbers expecting to double in the next 10-15 years. Come and here Frank speak about some of the important initiatives underway at Seaspan today as well as some of the ideas that the transportation community are collaborating on to handle this growth while dealing with infrastructure and land shortages and at the same time protecting the environment and continuing to provide well-paying and highly skills jobs.
