The Vancouver Area Council invites you to join them on a tour of the Seaspan Ferries Corporation.
Seaspan Ferries offer daily truck and trailer ferry service between Vancouver Island and the Vancouver Lower Mainland for general freight, consumer goods and regulated commodities and automobiles.
There will be a small safety orientation at the beginning of the tour and closed toe, sturdy shoes and vests (provided) will be mandatory.
This will be a two-part tour. The first part will a terminal walk through while a vessel offloads led by our Seaspan host. The second will be a tour of one of the new vessels by one of the mates once the vessel completes offloading. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for questions, networking and refreshments.

Time: Meet at the terminal at 1:30 Sharp
Cost to attend: $10 student/retired members $15 members and guests
