Webinar- Navigating Technological Aspects of Food Safety

In this webinar, a panel of experts will provide  an overview of safe food transportation legislation in Canada and the United States, and help participants understand how reefer equipment and temperature control systems work and impact food transportation, how to analyze in-transit temperature data, and evaluate and address insurance coverage matters pertaining to perishable food claims in Canada and the United States. The panel will beinteractive and focus on a case study applying the above-noted concepts. A powerpoint presentation will be used to enable participants to refer to the facts of the case scenario and to legal, technical, and insurance concepts.

There will be time for panel discussion as well as a dedicated question period at the conclusion of the presentation.
